On the gtx 1060 3gb vram, yes. As for the gtx 1060 6gb, it'alright, i wouldn't say outdated tho, however it is getting old. Most new game titles now recommend gpus with atleast 4gb of vram, if your gpu is bellow 4gb of vram then you wont be able to play those game's on some titles.
